Claims Connexion (UK) Ltd, A FSA Approved Company, was formed in 2002 by directors Chris Mikkelson ACII, FCILA, ACKArb, FUDEI, ELAE and Steve Smout BSc (Hons) Agriculture, ACII, ACILA, ACIM. In 2003 Derek Thomas and Rob Llewellyn joined the company and the business began to focus once again upon Local Authorities, Self-Insured Groups and Commercial Claims.
Chris Mikkelson and Steve Smout left the company to develop their careers elsewhere but their initial aim and work ethic continues.
That aim is to fulfil the need in Wales and the West Country for the delivery of an authentic ethical Claims Management Service via qualified adjusters.
